Digital Welcome Kit

What will we do for you?

Yes, you booked with us and we're excited to help you. Feel assured that we will help you develop an amazing celebration that your guest will remember for years to come. Thank you for trusting us with your special day.

Here are a few facts and answers to questions we get a lot.

  • How do we contact you? Email is best because It creates a chain and we can review all your post comments and concerns. You can always text us for a fast answer.

  • Availability:  We try to meet with video chat as much as we can. We can accommodate in-person meetings for specific needs. Most of our meetings are on weekday evenings. On weekends, we're often rocking events.

  • Communication from us: You might get various email reminders from us throughout your planning process. Most of these are helpful tips to help you plan your event. You'll even get an email after your event; we love reviews and offer prizes for people who submit one.

  • Timelines:  Below you’ll find a link for a sample timeline.  Every wedding is different and we will do whatever you’d like. This is simply what we have found works best.

  • Our Tips: Please read the 12 quick tips. You’ll thank us later.

  • Our Meals:  You are not required to feed the DJ. If your vendor requires you to purchase a meal for us, we will eat it quickly with the other vendors and out of sight of guests.

  • Arrival/set-up:  On your wedding day, we typically arrive about 1.5 to 2 hours before the event. For larger lighting events, we might need 3 hours.

  • Requirements: We need a 12 by 8-foot section with two dedicated circuits (not just outlets). We do prefer close access to load in, but it's not required.

  • Gratuities: Tipping is totally optional! I typically see 10-20% tips if my clients are happy.

  • The Music Selections: We love music and we think it makes a huge difference. Please take some time to review our curated setlist or request our mobile planning tool. Have a Spotify, Apple, Amazon, or Tidal playlist, no problem, we'll reference it.
